Challenge 15 Totally Gorjuss

Hi All:-)
This week for Totally Gorjuss the challenge is to paper piece on the card! so My little Gorjuss girlie has a paper pieced dress on and the tiny hearts on her boots are a paper piecing too! I used basic Greys sugar rush for my DP, SU pink dot ribbon which I love!some flat backed pearls (Thank you Paola) and I colored her with Copic markers. I added a tiny bit of distress on the paper but not much this time around:-)

Dimension for Totally Gorjuss

Here's my snow-person card for totally gorjuss this week, I know its not a Gorjuss Girl, but with those lashes I felt like it could be a Goruss lady inside the snow looking to get out:-) seriously I had just gotten this stamp and hoped Net and the girls wouldn't mind me using it for the challenge :-) I went through my paper and had a few pieces of Basic grey left from an older line, and made this card with them! Copics were used in the shading and theres some glitter here and there, the snowflakes are MS and are pop dotted, the snowperson is poped up besides.Hope everyones weekend is going well:-)XMicheleX

DP2 Challenge #14

OK so 2nd post for the day:-) and I love Mo Mannings Valentine girl so much I'm putting another variation of her with Digital Pencil too's sketch for this week in their challenge and I'm getting my Valentine Day Cards made:-) I made her dress pink in this one and added random DP that I found in my scraps bin:-) added that great MS border punch again, some flat backed pearls My friend Paola gave me and black organza ribbon. I used the oval Nesties for this one as the sketch had an oval shape and I wanted to keep that in tack:-)
I colored her with my Copics .Thank you so much for looking

A Valentine Card:-) Mo Manning's Digital Pencil too!

I thought I'd share my creation today with Mo Mannings (digital pencil too) adorable Valentine girl:-) For the card I made an Easel back and love it;-) Bazzill CS was used to make the bas, DP were a mix of MM and Cosmo Cricket, CS was also paper trey ink and it may be hard to see but the white on the bottom piece is MM embossed heart CS. I used MS Punches in the loop pattern for the square and a cute heart border straight punch done on both long sides in the aqua CS to join them for the open heart strip. Nesties were used for the heart shapes. I colored her with Copic markers and the ribbon is SU. A few hat pins from my stash tucked in to the ribbon and a bit of glitter on the image. I used a dew drop to keep the card open in a clear:-) I hope you like what i've come up with, I needed a bit of a change and love the results!

For Totally Gorjuss Challenge this week it's a pick from my fellow DT member Sarah:-) and it's to have the card in Monotone colors:-) I went way out of the box and picked a taupe color well in copics it's in the "E"Range but taupe colored to me:-) I ended up buying a digi kit of scrapbook paper from digital designers and this is the paper kit I picked. I matched it up with some random CS I had that is Bazzill. Ribbon came from my collection but I feel like I bought it from my friend Janene who ususally has Maya Road ribbon for sale that I can't not have:-) pretty simple for this card, the only thing i did to the area around the image was sponge some versa mark Champagne and Frost over the white to tone it down a bit, and I paper pieced the star in one of the prints from the kit!

Copics used were: E70, E71, E74, E77, E79, E000, E00, E11 R20,

challenge for two!

Todays challenge is for Friday sketchers and creativeinspiration! I used the sketch from friday sketch challenge and creative inspiration is for distressing:-) and here is what I came up with! CS is SU Baja breeze, and dusty durango, the DP is from the cosmo cricket stack girl Friday/Everafter. I used my circle nesties, Ribbon from SU to match the dusty durango, a prima flower and flowers from wild orchid crafts, MS punch for the fern, a few flat back yellow pearls (Thank you Paola) and I distressed the edges of the paper and sponged some versa magic ink over the image very lightly to tone the white down just a bit. I colored the image with Copic markers. I guess thats about it:-) I hope everyone has a wonderful new week.

Totally Gorjuss sketch 12 challenge

This week is a sketch challenge for Totally Gorjuss which by mistake, last week I used with my Thank you challenge for Totally Gorjuss ,but not a problem I had fun with the sketch twice:-) This card I used a cute image from sugar Nellie from the Manga range. I used SU CS in Kraft and Baja Breeze for the card and matting, DP came from MME Totally Girl stack, the flowers are partly from an assortment My wonderful DT member Paola sent me with the tiny blue buttons and wild orchid crafts. I used my nesties for the trio of circles and distressed the edges of the papers and ran a copic marker around them to distress them a tiny bit. The stick pins were an add on near the end, I believe they are from one of my MM pin sets. My copics were used for the shading on the image, and image is computer generated.

"Love Theme"

I added SU dazzling diamonds to the heart ruffle, DP came from a kit I had that is from Making Memories line, Love notes. I added flat back red pearls around my nesties scalloped circle, used a MS border punch, some dew drops and a sentiment from my fonts:-) Copics were used for the coloring of the image :-) XMichele

First card for the New Year!

Happy New Year everyone:-)

This weeks challenge for Totally Gorjuss is for a Thank you card, which is a nice idea around this time of year:-) I had fun picking colors that were not Christmas related as I just felt like a change today amoung others things I think up on the first of every year.

I used DP from American Crafts that I have had, I think the line is called Formal, I used my Nesties for the circles, flat back pearls are from my DT friend Paola :-) Thank you My friend! I colored my Gorjuss girl with copics, ribbon is from a kit I had, and the sentiment I made on word pad.
