I wasn't able to participate in Crafts 4 Eternity Dt Challenge this week, as I spent all day Tuesday in the hospital with my mom. She is dehydrated and mentally not aware, I'm not sure if at 86 I will have to put her in a home instead of with me:-( It's becoming harder for me to care for her and It's stressing me. I wanted to just jump on here and thank everyone for all your kind comments on my cards:-) I will get myself back to the crafts 4 Eternity challenge this next week, Thank you Michele for being understanding. Please everyone think of Mom and myself as I may face a tough decision in the coming weeks

Good Morning all:-)
I have been so excited the past few weeks but kept it hush hush:-) till today when I can say that I was picked as a guest DT member for Crissy Armstrong's "Sundays with Crissy" Challenge:-) All the girls have been so wonderful to me and I so appreciate the chance to get to create with all of them!!
The Challenge this Sunday is for Christmas in July theme... The sponser this week is Whimsy stamps and the winner of this challenge will have a choice of 5 digital stamps of their choice:-) I picked one of Crissy's new images called Trimming the Tree over at Whimsy Stamps "HERE" . I colored my image with Copic's and I chalked the white nesties image and lined the edge with a silver marker, the paper is a mix of Bazzill CS, October Afternoon's "Very Merry". The scalloped oval was cut using my Cricut lite Cart. Lacy Labels, border strips are a Fiskers punch, snowflakes are MS, with added bling on them, I used Liquid pearls in white opal in the tree as "pop corn garland" and to the ornaments I added dimensional glaze to give them a shine.
Please go see the creations all the girls have made at Sundays with Crissy:-)
I've also entered this cutie in Cute Card Thursday , 2 sisters and fresh brewed designs ,challenge blog which is Christmas themed too

I hope everyone is staying as cool as possible:-)
For this week, over at Crafts 4 Eternity we were asked to use:
1. Use the sketch above
2. Use the colors Coffee & Cream
3. Add a Bingo card
I used a Lily of the Valley image for this one, I thought the little boy was adorable:-) The Dp is a dark Coffee color but no matter what I did with the photoshop I couldn't exactly get the right adjustment for the real color, Oh well I tryed:-) I used Bazill for the cream color CS and the Dp cream color is from DCWV luxury stack, The bingo card is a Digital image from Crafts 4 Eternity printed on Kraft color CS. Chocolate ribbon from my stash which is i think Maya road, and I used Copics to color the image in, I also paper pieced the shirt on the little boy:-)
Please go and see the other creations from my fellow DT members they are wonderful!!
Have a great weekend:-)

First off I want to wish anyone celebrating this July 4th weekend a happy and safe holiday!
I have been a busy bee this week, trying to get my extra scrapbook and craft supplies in my new shed in the back yard, yes I said it right, my husband bought me a 10x12 shed for craft supplies, that will be ok in the winter, ( No paints out there or things that will be harmed by cold weather, but it is all in large plastic bins:-) and yes I have a craft desk out there if the weather is nice:-) I seriously have to start going through what is out there:-(
On to my card:-) This week the requirements for the Crafts 4 eternity challenge are:
Use the sketch above
add some bunting...( and I found out from Michele that is what I think of as the banner flags:-)
The prize this week is a guest DT spot for the month of August, included in the prize is a selection of C4E digi images:-)
What I used:
Image: Magnolia, Tilda
Copics to color my image,
Basic Grey Green at heart
