CMC Favorite Color Combos with Saturated Canary

Hey Everyone! I'm back with a new Challenge Card for Color Me Creative Classroom!

The challenge this time is to use your Favorite color Combos! I have taken a Liking to the Teal/Red combos, even though Red's with the Alcohol markers can be touchy, I love these colors together:-)

I used a new Saturated Canary image I just received from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, called Valentine Petals

Happy New Year to all of you! 

I had a some time to spend with my older sister during December and enjoyed it but was kind of glad to see her leave LOL

I'm jumping right in here to the Color Me Creative Classroom, 

 Brand New Challenge and the first of 2013! 

We are looking for you to use PASTEL coloring in your project,

 I tried really hard to stick to using the lightest copic markers I have with me, but enough color that you could see:-)

Special Thank you blog hop for Suzanne

Hello everyone and welcome to a special blog hop for a very special lady.... Suzanne Dean.  

Today the Design Team from Suzanne's site, Color Me Creative, are hopping along to give our friend and "fearless leader" a HUGE HUG and Thanks!!!  

If you've ever met Suzanne, you know 1) what a HUGE heart she has and 2) how fun, witty and TALENTED she is!!  Suzanne's site has tons of information and inspiration and WE get to help spread the word about her awesome classes by way of her bi-weekly challenges sponsored by some fabulous crafty companies!  This month Suzanne is having a month full of challenges where you can win some wonderful prizes and have some fun along the way, but we wanted to take time to thank Suzanne for all her hard work and dedication for not only us but for all the members on her site and those who are lucky enough to have attended her classes where she shares her talent and coloring tips with us all.  

Suzanne is not only a pleasure to work for, but a wonderful friend with a big love for zebras!! We all know how much Suzanne love the Zebra stripes, and the Image I found at dollar doodles from a safari Animals set was just the ticket for my card to her! I made this card a 5X7 which is not my usual size but ....Blush:-/ I am not sure where my post office is here at the Florida house so I needed a card I could get mailed that would go with stamps in my mail box, hehe instead of needed to be weighed! 

I used Copic markers and Shin Han Twin touch for the coloring, I printed the zebra print from clip art, made the little "Thank You" sentiment and added a bit of texture with a spellbinders embossing folder:)

I Know Suzanne knows how much she means to me, as I have told her many times, that I appreciate her friendship and always knowing she is there if I need her, but I wanted to write it here again as I think I would be lost without her in my life! She is the one genuine friend you would never want to loose and I am so grateful our paths crossed:-) I enjoy everyday of being on Suzanne's team, I have learned so much of what I know from her, and love working for her as you couldn't get a better boss lady/friend/leader all rolled into one! I enjoyed making this special card as The cutie image,  just screamed "SUZANNE" when I found it! Suzanne you have a sparkle that will light your way my friend, THANK YOU! XOXOXO

Color Me Creative Holiday Bash And Blog Hop
