Spring Is In The Air

Good Morning everyone
I am a day late in posting this card, I don't know what happened yesterday but a million things went on and I just forgot, I'm sorry.
Our new Challenge for Color Me Creative classroom is...... Pretty Spring Combos:-) use your Copics, Alcohol inks, colored pencils, and most of all...Have FUN!
Our Sponsor is Little Darlings Rubber stamps and one lucky winner will receive 2 stamps from Little Darlings stamps and a pack of Cryogen paper. You all have until April 13th to post your project at the CMC blog from above:-)

I used a image from the The stamp Fairy from the collection Patsy Easter Eggs!
I went with mostly Card stock in the pink, white and green, since I didn't have alot of pastel paper that all went together, so when in doubt use some pretty card stock.
My sentiment was from a set from Mr Cricut Crazy that my buddy Tanner sent me to use, and it is from Easter Blessings found HERE.
Other challenges I would like to enter are:
Catch the Bug: Spring/Easter

Craft your Days Away: Easter

Supplies used were

Image: The stamp Fairy
Design paper : piece was from the baby girl stack from DCWV
Copic markers used:
Border and corner punch from Stampin up
flower circle and circles : spellbinders

Thank you for stopping by

DT Wednesday with Mr Cricut Crazy

Hi and welcome to DT Wednesday:-)
The team today are showcasing Mr Cricut Crazy's new set of stamps called "A Mothers Love"
I used a bear stamp from The Stamp Fairy called Critters, chubby angel

and then used Tanners one sentiment from A mothers love set that would work for others cards not just for moms as you can see:-)
I used copic markers to color my image and a technique to make his fur appear like fur from what I learned at Suzanne Deans one copic class #5 that is awesome! so yes you can color outside the lines, Thank you suzanne:-) I am adding this also to the Color Me Creative group gallery to inspire the ladies and gents there to do something "outside the box" I would never think to color outside the lines haha but I think this little guy is cute this way, kinda brings him to life:-)
Here's just a closeup to let you see how furry he looks:-) Go ahead and try one, I know you will love it<3

DT Monday with Mr Cricut Crazy

Good Day
Yes it's Monday:-) It's also DT Monday with Mr Cricut Crazy, and we are showcasing a new set of stamps called Christ Is My Life, The sentiments are cute and will work with tons of cards you may want to make, I decided to use another Precious Moments coloring page because I was , long ago an avid collector of these images:-)
I went kind of simple with this one as I didn't want to take away from the image or the sentiment, I would have loved to give this card to my BFF but she is up in Heaven, but she was most definitely on my mind when I was creating this for today:-)

I used copics in as light a color as I could do, well do for me...I love the vibrant colors of the Copic's but tried really hard to keep with the precious moments pastels:-0)
Here is what you get in the Christ is my life stamp set.
Thank you so much for looking today, please don't forget to go see my other teamies creations too

Embellishment challenge for Crafts 4 Eternity

Hi
I'm here with a new challenge for Crafts 4 Eternity this week, and It is an embellishment challenge
you need to add all three to your card
1.wire
2.beads
3. charm
now this was even a challenge for me, but:-) I was able to find something that worked!
Our sponsor this week is Crafty sentiments and there will be a prize of 4 wonderful digis for the winner

My Digital image is by Sugar Nellie called warm winter wishes , These guys are adorable and I wanted to give them a texture of "fur" which is not something I normally do on my images, but I didn't want them to look "flat" do you know what I mean? :-)
This is on the more simple side for me, but sometimes I like to keep it that way to enjoy what I've colored.
Supplies used were:
Copics
Design paper: Authentique
Sentiment:Mr Cricut Crazy: Christmas Christmas
Circle dies" Spellbinders
Crushed velvet on hat brim: Doodlebug
snow: flowersoft
Please go see what the rest of the team has made:-) and thank you so much for stopping by

I'll add everything below in the Supply details! Please go see my fellow DT members to see their creations for the week:-)
